• We make reasonable efforts to deliver your meals on time, but we are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g., weather, third-party delivery issues).

• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

• Because our meals are perishable, all sales are final.

• If there is an issue with your order (e.g., incorrect or damaged items), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.

• Refunds or credits will be issued if order is cancelled within 24 hours of order submission.

• It is your responsibility to review ingredient information and consult with a medical professional regarding dietary restrictions.
