At this time, we do not offer meals specifically designed to be gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian. Because all of our meals are prepared in a shared kitchen, we’re unable to confidently accommodate specific dietary restrictions or guarantee against cross-contact.We have offered some of these options in the past, but found that keeping our menu focused allows us to provide the quality, consistency, and variety we want in every meal. We’re always happy to answer questions about the ingredients in a specific meal before you order!

A full size meal is a 38oz container geared towards teens or adults with a bigger appetite. A typical chicken dish will have 100-120g of chicken, providing approximately 27g of protein. A half size meal is a 16oz container geared towards children or seniors with smaller appetites. A typical chicken dish will have 60g of chicken, providing approximately 16.2g of protein.

Please visit our Allergens & Ingredients Page which includes a full list of Health Canada's common allergens and a break down of ingredients. Please reach out to us if you have questions about specific allergies and we can provide you with each product label. While we do our best to avoid cross-contamination, meals are prepared in a facility that may process common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten). Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution.

Currently, we do not offer substitutions between meals or ingredients, to maintain kitchen efficiency and quality control. This structure allows us to offer high-quality meals while maintaining consistency, affordability, and a manageable production workflow. However, we can remove ingredients. Just let us know!

We get our ingredients from Costco Business Centre, carefully choosing fresh and organic items whenever possible. We prioritise quality, so nothing is frozen.

Yes, of course! We use microwave, freezer, dishwasher safe containers for our meals. The containers are also BPA free.
